I haven’t had any of the problems with items breaking, I am super careful when I handle the glass attachments! The main thing I want to say is this works FAST. I’ve only used it 3 times (every other day) and already you can see my age/sun spots fading (I’m 32 and used to use a tanning bed a lot). What you can’t see in this photos is that my skin is also bouncier and springier. I apply a serum with one hand while using the wand with another and move the serum around until it’s soaked in. The serum is under $10 (water based marine hyalauronics from The Ordinary). Also, my under eyes are less puffy and there is a patch of redness on my left cheek that has bothered me for years, no help from any dermatologist, and it’s gone. I love this thing!

I had been getting bad cystic breakouts around jawline. I used it every day for the first few weeks then would use it every other day for a month and then just used it as a spot treatment.The first month my acne decreased by 70% and by the second month of using it I no longer had cystic acne.I never used serum but did use gauze and rubber band to hold it in place. It’s been about 8months and I havent had any cystic acne(not even a regular pimple on my jawline)! It’s crazy! I’m so happy with this! It is a real life saver. I did A LOT of research before spending my money on this. I am over 40, the photos are from before and after MY FIRST USE!! I tried it out on my forehead and my lip lines as soon as I got it. I took photos first, used the machine, and took the after photos 30 minutes after I finished. Yeah I felt some zapping while I was doing it, but you can adjust the power; I love the zapping I feel like it's working. And I SEE that it's working. The smell is minimal, anyone who has gone to a day spa and gotten a facial will recognize the smell. I'll update my review after 1 full week. However, ladies over 40, smokers, coffee drinkers I highly recommend this. I've used micro current devices, ice rollers, micro needles but this-delivers instantly. Boom.

I can’t not say enough good things about this product! I have been struggling with acne for 5 years(cystic and hormonal) once I found the medications that worked best for me I was left with huge red spots all over my face and nothing was working to get rid of them.
